Ham Whole
Whole Ham of pork (or for the matter of fact the pork shoulder as well) is cured for at least 1 year however the finest Iberico Bellota products from the Iberian pata negra are cured for 4 years.
These products have a weight between 4 and 8 kg, mostly with the leg and bone, although some product have their bone removed.
Buying a whole ham is a more economical option to those who are certain their ham will be consumed in 4 to 6 weeks once they start carving it. To fully enjoy the flavour place it in a ham holder and store it in a cool and dry place. For a serving slice about 75 to 100 gramms of ham thinly and eat it on room temperature.
